1962; THE LAST DAYS!:
The bad eggs of "Fifth
Remove" class rejoice being made prefects for a few weeks before
being kicked out into the big world!
A bit like putting an arsenist in charge of the dynamite shed. Still

As far as I can recollect these are:- back l/r Wilson, Wadworth,
Onion, Roberts, Veisczling, Dawson - front(The real bad eggs) Sam
Slater, Dennis Ridgeway & PK.
The dignified assembly
disintegrates as Sam takes a fit!!
A quick drag behind the tree! All standing in a line behind the large, knife scarred oak tree, assuming that we wouldn't be seen.
It must have looked, on some days, like the tree was on fire!!
My attempt to somersault over Sam
and Dennis ends in disaster! I dont think!!
Actually, I recall, it was an equally disasterous attempt at shoulder jousting.
I think I was trying to explain to
Dennis here, what I should have done!! The idea was to implant a sporting throwing knife between your pals' feet;
without touching leather!!!
The school staff of 1962.A pretty fearsome looking lot! Some wern't actually too bad!
